Octagonal house was accomplished by the masters from China with the finest China Fir and limestone. It was said that the house was built without any sketch but purely out of their creativity and masterly craftsmanship.

The two-story building is supported by twelve logs of 24 meters long China Fir, featuring its octagonal shape roof.  All components were fastened with mortise and tenon joints, not a single nail used. Such property was considered one of the grandest courtyard residences of the era.
